Why The Hell Would Anyone Want Mancini Sacked ?

I think that many of you are putting too much blame on your strikers, constantly claiming that they are out of form etc. It seems that some of you expect that your strikers must score from every opportunity they get.

That will never happen cause they are no robots. They are no better or worse than last year, the only difference I see is that your team is creating less scoring opportunities than last year.

IMO you are playing too slow, the players like Silva, Yaya, Tevez or Kun keep the ball too long. The passing should be faster and riskier. Also, the movement of players who don't have a ball seems to be poor which allows the opponent to defend easier. Try to have a look to teams like Dortmund and you will understand what I want to say.

Significantly worse this season IMO.
You do realize how silly that sounds? All 4 of our world class strikers are bad this season.

Yet, Balotelli has no problems scoring for Italy, Dzeko is the top scorer in WC qualifiers for WC2014.

I just think there is more to it, than just strikers are out of form or need to be sacked. And ignoring whatever the reason for lack of goals this season, is self destructive.

I think Mancini knows the reasons, and January transfer window is going to answer our problems.

Our midfield is struggling, Silva's injuries, Nasri's lackluster performances, Yaya's fatigue. Our midfield needs a reinforcement.

You are just being stupid maintaining this 89 points line. Plainly we are behind that rate, on ANY basis you want to calculate it.

Carry on as we are and there is no fucking way on the planet we will end up with 89 points. Deal with it.

I think I'm dealing with things a touch better than you to be honest angry man (boy).

You can blow your load over 2 points if you like. Its nothing, one result puts us a point up again. That doesn't mean anything either.

I'll stick with hoping we maintain par over the course of the season, you stick to being a keyboard warrior.

All this points trajectory stuff is not the important thing. What matters is that we are not playing well enough, often enough. If we keep playing like this we won't win the league.

If you watch us every week you'll see that clearly.

I disagree it's nothing to do about playing well enough it's about points and Pre new year you put yourself in a good position to push on to win the league, all we have to do is stay in touch with the scum be it 4 6 or 8 points come last dozen games...

Sounds silly does it?

I've never said all 4 of our strikers are bad, just that all 4 are performing significantly worse so far this season than they did last season (I'll take that back and give you Tevez as the exception but he has played much better for us than he has this season).

there's nothing wrong with our strikers, they aren't missing easy chances because they aren't getting them.

the whole balance and tempo of our play is the problem.

I might be reading too much into this and perhaps have finally become a victim of the Moo/Pepsi hysteria, but I found the bit in bold in this quote from Mancini very interesting:

"Mario is a City player, he is loved by the fans and the management. He has been an important player for us.

"A player of his quality should think exclusively to his work and his family, he has talent and he cannot blow it as he is doing.

"Our paths may separate if I change team, but he will remain at City."

At face value it seems an obvious thing to point out. However, given the current reaction to all things City so far this season, strange thing to say in this moment.
