Why we will win the league!

5 away 5 home for them 4 home 6 away for us. Another bit of advantage for them.

Worst thing imo is Bayern will send them out of CL and than they will sit back and relax for PL while we will still play FA Cup games against Swansea and unless huge surprise in Wembley as well for the semis at least. And also two QF's in CL against top class quality opponents. Those midweek times Pool just sits back and tries to get ready for the weekend PL game vs Cardiff or Fulham etc.

I really hope they can beat Bayern or get a score draw but have a feeling Klopp wont be too upset to lose if its for the title...

Wouldnt even mind them beat Bayern then get Roma or Porto next round and they could go into CL semis as well the longer they involved the more their pressing style suffers the more chance they drop points in PL.

Cant really see them losing a game now, can see them going 8-2-0 or 9-1-0. Either way it leaves are hardly any mistake to be made. 9-1-0 imo is what we need to deliver. With Spurs, United still to be played its so hard.

Lets hope the two late away games to Burnley and Brighton will come when those teams already safe from relegation. If their fate is still in limbo then anything can happen I prefer games when opponent nut under any pressure and maybe bit relaxed of surviving another year.

Obviously if we get anything like a 5-3-2 from last 10 games we would just throw it away and Pool would win it by at least 7-8 points clear. Would be very disappointing.

Everton away has to be a game where they dont win but their defence is top class this season very hard to score against them, Allison was such a signing instead of Karius/Migonlet worth every penny for them, Van Dijk the same.
est case for a draw in that game if Everton can keep a clean sheet well thats gonna be a long 90 minutes.

What we can do is put some extra pressure on them by going two points clear on Saturday winning away from home. If we drop points it can give them extra motivation to win later but vs Newcastle it did not them last time we dropped points maybe second time they would take this advantage.

Burnley need points but Liverpool are at home so they'll probably win that.
Fulham and Huddersfield are easy wins as they're all but down.
Newcastle will likely be safe by then and I can't see Benitez doing us any favours.
Wolves will be on the beach on the last day of the season.

Cardiff away and Southampton away could be tricky if they're fighting for their lives but they should win them.

Everton, Spurs and Chelsea are the only games I can see them possibly dropping points in.

Watched plenty of Liverpool games since we beat them and they have been bang average, didn't see last night of course and MOTD gives a distorted view but result wise a good game for them.
But at home they have an impressive unbeaten record even when they play crap, unbeaten doesn't mean winning though so always think they can draw a couple.
All things considered in a straight race 10 game mini league giving them a point start I would back City every time.

Have a feeling our poor results against Palace, Newcastle and Leicester will come back to haunt us.
I still think we have a chance but think we will fall short due to volume of games.
Also think Klopp would forfeit the Bayern match if he had too.
For me too many aspects are against us, volume of games, Liverpool not in FA CUP plus they have favourable run in.

I would as well but we could end up playing a few extra cup games than them

We have 6 away games.

Non of them easy.

More games and they can catch up the goal difference with some of the easy Games they have.

I have had a wobble today.

If we do this it will be the second best season ever.

I don’t hold out much hope for Spurs beating them, or even getting a draw. But football is the most unpredictable at this time of the season. When Chelsea beat them in 2014 at Anfield, I can remember sitting down at the start of that game and seeing Chelsea’s weakened team because of the champions league and I just felt deflated. Up stepped Gerrard and gave us the title on a plate. Most people had Liverpool down for a guaranteed win that day and they completely choked. Hopefully Chelsea pick up a bit of form now and they can give Liverpool a hard time.

How disheartening for them tonight to score 5 and then after the game find out we're right there breathing down their neck ... 1-0, off a penalty ... but that's the same 3 points they get off their 5-0 win ...

Come the weekend, we play before them so by the time they play, they could actually be looking at us 2 pts ahead already ... c'mon City, let's get it done!

Everton are well over due a Derby win, but I don’t want to get my hopes up to much. Pickford the shit **** is responsible for their winning run in December. They looked average until he handed them a last minute winner and they smashed everyone in sight for a month after that. I’m sure that last minute winner against Everton did something to City too, we were poor for the run of games after it.

It's theirs to lose, and I can't see them doing it. They will drop points, but so will we.

Hopefully it won't come down to a penalty miss......
