Why, why, why Jo in AJ on the bench, why?

What does "Impact Player" actually mean? Does it mean he has a positive impact on a game? Why don't we let the 'impact player' play 90 minutes and put the shit player on the bench?
 
I've been missing STARGAZING LIVE to watch us being tortured by the cheating, diving spivs.

We are really coming on as both individual players and a unit. It takes time and this season may be one too soon. Then we will rule the world. CTID

PS: Jo is doing a job for Bobby, who is doing a job for us. ;-)
 
All good and well but a couple if issues, Jo is shite at holding up the ball and we are playing so deep, that is ineffective.

To be fair he is better as a super sub at the moment but that's when we've got Balotelli and Silva. Tonight, he should be playing the 90 over Jo.

Some dynamic players make more of an impact on the game when they can run with fresh legs against a tired defence.
We have to trust that Mancini knows the players strengths and weaknesses.
In some of the games AJ has started he has faded or become isolated. Have faith.
 
We are, and have been, playing with ten men effectively. How this is 0 0 is beyond me and as much as I love BM and what he is doing so far this season, I can't understand why he can't see what we see. Milner has given it away more times than I care to remember too.
