At those prices (which are dearer than the semi) I honestly cannot see them selling out. They took 22 k in the semi with the same selling criteria at cheaper prices.
I think we may be allocated there unsold tickets
Maybe some were gambling that they would beat Millwall and saving money for the final? Surely they will sell more for a final against City than a semi-final against Millwall??? I think they'll sell out the full 25,000

Would be interesting to know if they have a big Rugby League game that weekend, i think they did for the semi, would make a difference

I don't think many do both in Wigan, do they? I was told there's a bit of animosity between the two sets of fans. Could be wrong.

that is the next round of the challenge cup mate.They have Leigh in there first game then
a big draw against saints would certainly help.

Fingers crossed (-;

According to the Wigan site tickets limited to TWO per season ticket holder, and TWO per person if there is availability to go on General Sale. General Sale purchasers will need to have a previous purchasing history at the DW Stadium. I wonder if there is a deadline date by when they have to sell the 21,000 before they are allocated the remaining 4,000 i.e. they have to have sold the original tickets by May 4 otherwise they don't get the remaining tickets.

There's no rugby game that day but it wouldn't make any difference if there was. Wigan RL play in London the following Saturday and the week after it's the Magic weekend at City. Then they have the Challenge Cup final and the World Cup later in the year.

The number of rugby fans considering going to the FA Cup final will be that minimal it won't make the slightest bit of difference.

Just realised after seeing above posts, it's the Challenge Cup that weekend but it still makes no difference.

tidy..its the 5th round of the challenge cup. I know many a wigan footy fan who love the rugby to and if they drew saints they certainly wouldnt be paying to go to watch city spank there arses in the cup final so it would make a big difference if they got a huge draw..saints etc

If they don't sell out does that mean there's a possibility we might get their extra 4,000?

i doubt it, that would be common sense and this is the fa we are talking about

will prob be a neutral section

why is our OS not reporting any of this info??

To be fair they probably have more to think about with regards to allocation and eligibility dates
