Shot that went in was pure instinct. Fought for the chance too.

Another target for the boo boys but the lad has potential to be one of the best in the world.

Worked hard tonight, turned the game and for once got a few (correct) decisions.

Mancini knows a player better than any of us - amazes me people still question this fact.

Seriously? I think you are on a wind up of your own here. Mario was not wank and Vinny was certainly not MOM - he lost another forward in the box and we were lucky the guy couldn't head as ball.

Dont understand this. Mario was taking up really good positions the whole game. He tackled back a few times and was our only striker that provided a threat. I said earlier he was a breath of fresh air - it was like signing a new striker. And, he broke down wigan to score the first all important goal. That'll do me for a night's work.

this. should be on the shoulder constantly like he was for italy during the euros. he's a lethal finisher.
