Who the fuck would nick a flag? My two wee piss wet through at the end of the game yesterday.

Quite a lot of flags there yesterday - something I like to see!

Did you see the big Queen of the South one next to the one that went missing? It was there again along with the Qos/MCFC one

Anyway, i've made posts on 2 forums i am registered to about the missing flag.

Maybe I'm just being naive but why would a city fan nick another person's flag? Are you sure some pisshead just didn't mistake it for theirs? You said there were some others left at the end.

Anyway hope you find it for your son mate- have faith in your fellow blues.

Maybe I'm naive as well but seems a possibility that the lad getting chucked out then goes and accidentally picks the wrong flag. Just seen it back on the tv highlights and there was another cross of St George flag alongside it. Possible in the process of being kicked out, he convinces the copper to let him get his flag and then takes the one next to it. If so I'm sure it will get offered back.

And if I'm wrong then I am just as disgusted as other people that a fellow blue would do that/

Our flag was the only St George on the side that had ours and the big Q of S flag. There were a couple of St George flags on the other railing right behind the goals. The one that was on the other side of the railing nearest to ours was taken down at half time by it's owner so I don't think it is mistaken identity. Don't get me wrong I would love it if it was a mistake.

i was gonna say "its a flag" before someone said it cost a £100.

Theres like 85k+ fans on there, maybe they can help relocate your flag?

Maybe it wasn't stolen and it was mistakenly taken, hopefully they will return it.

Very sad, I was talking the bloke as he was tying it up at the front, he was saying it had been all over the country with him. Someone must have seen who has taken it. Thanks for that mate I remember chatting to you, you were with your lad if memory serves. You were right on two counts, Bent didn't score and the flag did get some attention but not from the T.V !
