Wilfried Bony

Although I agree he is a very good player I feel for the money involved it could be better for us to give this a pass. His involvement in ACON, a £25-30m fee (which with the sales of Negrado and Nasty will add up) and the potential wages (which I don't believe the 200k). I just feel we could save this until the summer and chase either another very good if not world class player (Reuse etc.) or pay money for a homegrown talent. We have shown we are very capable at the moment and although Bony would be a good addition do we really need him?

Board thinks City need Bony, and as a result they are in process of signing Bony

Has to be, he has Bony on the back of his jersey at Swansea and we gave Negredo no9 at the start of the season before the loan move, don't think we can change mid season. Although it isn't past the OS administrators to drop a bollock is it?

No he has Wilfried on the back at Swansea & Negredo left before official squads were submitted.

When he joins I would expect his shirt to be just that one.

Fair enough, my mistake, but there's a difference between submitting squad sheets and changing shirt numbers.

Negredo still has the no9 shirt on this.

Ah ok fair enough, we'll call that a draw one a piece then mate

By whom exactly, the sun, daily mirror? Although I agree it is a likely destination it hasn't actually been confirmed yet. I'm not saying we will buy him just a player of that calibre. If he goes to Madrid that means someone there could be up for grabs. Dare I say Isco.
