Will City Be Banned?

joke of a thread

This.

You cant be serious? If teams were banned for stuff landing on the pitch, there would be a very few of them competing :-)

So we probably get fined for throwing a bit of paper in the ground but it's alright for Napoli fans to go around stabbing people whenever & where ever they want. It's a fucking joke

Stabbing someone is a police matter. Anyone can stab anyone outside a football ground, what can UEFA do about that?

When fans though pelt the other teams players and the linesmen with paper and can't continue with play what's the ref going to do other than abandon the game and forfeit it to the opposition?? No it wasn't that bad but it easily could of been and it was becoming a joke when their player got pelted taking that corner.

All these people trying to justify their actions by saying 'its just a bit of paper' who cares what it was, wtf is wrong with people just abiding by the rules, is it such a problem?? Why give them a reason to have something against us. Nobs.

Sheikh Mansour probably watched that and thought look at these tossers i'm trying to make happy, why bother.

Urban myth...they don't go round stabbing people in the stadium...they do it where it could be general crime - especially with Napoli being a shithole anyway.

Just like if the bellends on here had been throwing paper in Manchester town centre we wouldnt be on a UEFA charge.

This isn't about us getting treated worse than Napoli, it's about us getting in trouble for moronic fucking actions of people who get a massively disproportionate laugh out of nursery school shit and don't give a fuck when asked not to do it. Just like they don't give a fuck when they are asked / told not to do other shit.

My fucking three year old stops when she's told. Did they think the club were fucking joking with them when they said at HT the ref was going to report it to UEFA?

Cunts the lot of em.

what a crock of shit, of course napoli can be in trouble for it, they didnt stab napoli fans, they stabbed the opposition fans !! that is not just any type of crime, and it is being investigated by uefa

Imbeciles for doing it.
Get over it!
They weren't coines or bottles and wouldn't hurt if a player got hit.
You sir are typical of the supporters we seem to be attracting these days. For your information, a club can be heavily fined or worse for throwing anything on to the pitch these days. It doesn't have to be something dangerous. Mind you, I understand that the Bayern player had a lazer pen shining in his eyes when he missed that penalty at Napoli. If only UEFA were consistent in their judgements.

Well I've heard it all now! Your comments sound like that of a new fan, not mine.

For you information, I've been a regular season ticket holder for nearly 40 years and what I saw on Tuesday was nothing more than lighthearted fun.

we will be made to play a game behind closed doors , the players are used to it , it will be just like the last 10 minutes of any normal home game , empty

In fairness the ground was absolutely full to the brim with dickheads for this game.

It started from the moment we got there chaos with fans being moved to form a singing section (which didn't work at all by the way) twats sat in our season ticket seats asked to move said fuck off sit somewhere else very lucky to keep hold of his teeth for that.

You can't throw stuff on the pitch in Europe it's well documented they throw the book at English clubs any chance they get.

It's a fact that people don't like change. I look forward to the regular season ticket crowd being back for the next home game personally.

I just imagine the Sheikh watching the Napoli match and shaking his head at the IDIOTS throwing projectiles onto the pitch, so disappointing.
