I agree with this..We've just been in the hardest group in champions league history. Although performances were disappointing, i dont think anyone expected us to get out of this group. Utd didnt get out of last years group stage but no one was calling for Fergies head. Keep the faith it will happen for us in Europe eventually. Lets just start dominating the premier league first..starting with a win against the reds on Sunday.

The fact that we did not win a single game in the CL is unacceptable....we have actually got worse (3 points)this year compared to 10 points last year which reflects very badly on the manager. After another year of playing together our players should be improving as a team and not going backwards.

Mancini's personality is totally uninspiring and his interviews are so depressingly boring. For me, the truly great managers all have a certain charisma and a passion about them whether you like them or not.

I think he will be given to the end of the season but what happens then is anybody's guess.

Mancini has reached his limits,he will always be afforded the glory of our first trophies in donkeys,however,it's time to improve and that means bye bye.

I agree, he deserves credit for the two trophies. I am not counting the community shield because it is small time to consider anything other than friendly competition.

We see countless posts calling for players to be moved on, so why is it seen as herecy to call for the managers job?
I would have loved mancini to have been the man to make city a truly great team, to have shone in Europe, perhaps even won the trophy in a few years time, but he will never do that. Stick with him until the end of the season but then move him on.

I honestly think Mancini knows he's pretty much done. He's not exactly great at hiding his emotions, both in interviews and in the technical area, and he just sounds like he's going through the motions collecting his wages. I know he's not great at speaking English, but he gave the most generic recycled non-sense interview tonight.

I think he knows that his shiny new contract has some modest conditions concerning the Champions League, and he's at the mercy of whether or not the club want him around next season.

One thing's for sure: We will never win a European trophy with Mancini. He will never have such an honor with another club either. His ability to choose the right tactics is spiraling into the abyss with the added pressure of his past failings becoming more influential in his future ones.

This. It's only a matter of time, I just hope the time comes sooner rather than later.

There is no bias in my reasoning.we were extremely lucky last season, even down to scoring in the 94th minute. But yes you can say you make your won luck
This season the players don't seem to understand what's happening around them, no passion, no pace, no pressure on the ball, no shots, no attacking threat, no man management. He should look at their manager in how to manage. He won consecutive titles on little money.

So yes it is down to Mancini and time is quickly running out. We have regressed this season
