Will People stop having a pop at Robbie.... Please

I like Robbie, think he is a very good player, but I cannot see why people cannot disagree with that opinion and be able to express it freely. Perhaps we should all come on here only when we have praise for the team, players and management. Let people express their views and argue their case; ban the abuse and expletives, that what I say.

I am not saying people cannot come on here and say anything negative. Im just saying that it seems to be all the time and it starting to spill out into the ground where people are now booing him!

idiot fans don't know a quality player when they see one I'm afraid

Far too easy to slag players off than to support the team, shit-houses

So if they disagree with you then they are a "idiot", what a fantastically structured, well thought out articulate argument.

People should support the players rather than slating them evry opportunity. For some reason a lot of blues seem to be very eager to sink their teeth into Robbie. He's only in his first season in the prem and yesterday was not his fault yet he seems to be taking most of the blame for it. Well out of line

This, most of these fans slagging him off are the newes one's! Do they turn up every week? NO Have they been going for years? NO! They want Hughes out and are using Robinho and other players as a scapegoat! I would rather us get rid of these fans as they haven't got a clue!

If Robbie had come into a settled team then the arguments over his contribution would carry more credence, but fact is we were taken over last season and rebuilt, then those foundations were knocked down and we have been completely reinvented as a club this year, with a whole host of new players who have had to gel instantly with players who have only recently progressed through the academy. The only player who has been the mainstay of the team for the last 5+ years is Dunne. We are in a transition of proportions that some people don't seem to understand.

Anyone that thinks Robinho is not a good player is clearly a idiot

Not saying he's not a good player but for some people he is the messiah and can do no wrong. In my book he is a very good on his day but he doesn't have his day anyway near often enough.

I'm getting fed up of tubthumpers posting on this forum criticising fans for having opinions.

When I'm in the ground I'll shout myself hoarse for the lads and will them to win.

But if I'm on a forum I'll discuss football, the team and the tactics in a rational way.

If I think someone had a great game, or is an unsung hero, I'll say it.

But if I think someone had a bad day or is playing out of position, I'll say it too.

It's a forum, that's what it's for.

There's a difference between having an opinion thought and calling someone shit.

Not aimed at you. I dont know what you have said.

Sorry mate but that's bollocks. I have been going for years. I want Hughes to stay. I want Robinho to perform to the best of his abilities. I am a realist and I also know my spanish football and Robinho was inconsistent in Spain and didn't do it against the big club or away from home. All I'm saying is stop picking the lad away from home as he does nothing on the ball or off it. Oh and he isn't World Class he is just very good when he wants to be

If you are referring to me then please read my post more carefully. And my replies. As stated i do not have any issue with people voicing their opinions on here just object to it spilling out to the ground!

He doesn't get booed in the ground, though, does he?

At one point in the Aalburg game, when he was knocked off the ball for about the twelth time and gave posession away yet again, there was a shout of dissent from the crowd.

Players of all calibres all over the country get that week in week out.

He isn't untouchable. Don't insinuate the fans have turned on him, they haven't.
