I agree people should not directly have a go at individual players directly - That's the managers job - but they do have a right to have their say on here.
Don't forget - The so called superstars of out team are paid a hell of a lot of money to play for City - We have to pay for the 'PLEASURE' of watching them.

This. It really pisses me off how people get on players backs when they havent scored for a while. He clearly wasnt match fit and should never have been started yesterday.

i dont care what anyone says but it is impossible for a player to play well every game they play in. robbie is world class, everybody knows it, even the people who slag him off, and this is why other teams pin two players on him as they know he is world class and our main threat. sometimes he gets frustrated but still tries his way of playing (e.g still doing tricks to try to take on people 5 mins from the end against blackburn even though we was 2-0 down). when this guy is on form he is one of the best players in the world and as this is the case fans get frustrated with him if he does not pull it off week in week out which is why they find it too easy to slag him off at every chance they get! most people forget that it is his first season in the prem and expect him to produce every single game. this is impossible no matter who you are. i hate using him as an example because hes a twat but Ronaldo came to england and in his first season he was absolute shit but he adapted to the game and he has turned into arguably one of the best players in the world (even though messi should have beaten him to world player of the year as he is by far a better player)! give robbie time and he will produce. he's scored 12 goals in his first season and created umpteen goals for us! give the guy a break and he will become the complete superstar!!

Like it or not, he is our star player and as such will be watched like a hawk.
He gets critisism from every angle, press, pundits, supporters, his price tag, coming to us and not a top CL side and having bad games. Does every world class player play well week in and week out? NO NO NO.
But they do benefit bieng surrounded by other class players and hopefully next season there will be other world class players to ease the pressure on Rob.
Give the lad a break and maybe a thanks for joining MCFC's vision.
