Exactly. It's more for the male ego thing than genuinely "defending your partners honour". She's a grown adult, she can process it herself and defend herself after in an interview if she wants.

On one hand my partner suffers from Alopecia and takes treatment for it so it’s quite sensitive subject. He deserves a slap..

but on the other side he did it on Tv, in front of millions and it’ll be remembered forever. Some would say violence is a weak reaction. Imagine he walked up, told him to fuck off and told us about Alopecia and the affects on mental health. He would of been applauded.

You don’t have to slap someone as a starting point. I’m sure if Smith had just said steady on fella, you’ve crossed a line he would have apologised. Most people would, even a cage fighter.

Just seen this on the news and everyone is almost praising him for slapping that bloke (no idea who he is). Why has he not been arrested and charged, what message is it sending out. It's ok to assault someone if you don't like what they say. Can we all use the 'Will Smith' defence in future. What a fucked up world we live in these days.
