Will we win the league? (continued)

Re: Will we win the Prem / Title still possible (merged)

What did Chelsea really have to gain from yesterday? What did QPR ( in the end) have to play for when they went two up against us ? I reckon Martinez and Everton will not care a hoot to throw us the match, they are pushing for maximum points and will play to win so we had better turn up with some fire in our belly (Like we had for half an hour or so yesterday!)

Even then if we win , we cannot be complacent against Villa or a West Ham, they should both be safe by then but even so we need to put out our best team and be up for all of the next three games from the first whistle.
Spot on!

Let's not fly too close to the sun.

Feet on the ground, reasonable luck plus100% commitment, it's ours. Anything less and it's not.

the point gained against Sunderland may prove quite useful, but it sure would feel a lot better today if we had taken all 3, giving us a little wiggle room for a draw in the final 3. That chance Nasri blazed over will either be forgotten forever or something i'll never be able to forget, depending on how this plays out.

Deep down, would any long-standing Blue have it any other way?

I'm envious of some of the positive posters on here. I just can't bring myself to think about winning it, as I think I'll fucking jinx something (utter shite, but I can't help it). It's not even fun, it's a pain in the arse - I don't even want to think about the Everton game. I'll probably take the dogs out for a 90 minute walk next week.......fucking football.......hate it!

Probably not, but I won't stand for another QPR. I legitimately don't know if I'd survive a 2nd time and I'm only 32. I have no idea how we didn't lose like 10,000 geriatric blues that day

I bloody would - I'd mlove to turn up to the West Hame game with the title already won!!!

That said, if we win it ON the last day ..... but let's see if we can beat Everton away first, who have won 5 ouf their last 6 home games.
