Will we win the league this season? No

They've got 3 more points on the board, marginal goal difference advantage, a simpler run in, but with European commitments and also wandering confidence with a liberal sprinkling of nerves....

punters are jumping on us understandably, but i think this scenario is now completely in the balance if it was played over and over, 1,000 times.

Goal difference advantage is ours now, assuming we win the game in hand for goal difference to be important.

Their players look so comfortable, even the ones who have not won anything. Rayan Cherki just seems to be enjoying himself.

The desperation you see from Arsenal is not there. City's fans are not worried - they are just enjoying it.

Danny Murphy was speaking to BBC Sport's Chris Bevan.

Still get the feeling our makeshift back 4 will make mistakes which COULD cost us the title as good as they've been I just think all of them have a big mistake in them!! Saying that a big win Wednesday will heap even more pressure on arsenal to score plenty in their next 2 home games before we play again. They will know anything but 6 points with a 5 or 6 + goal difference won't be enough I'm my hope is that pressure will be the final blow for them.

Arsenal have conceded just 3 goals fewer than us, and they didn't have our injury problems at CB or DM. We've played half a season without Rodri and half a season without Gvardiol/Guehi. Dias, Stones and Ake had multiple injuries too. We had to field Lewis and Alleyne at OT.

And part of the reason for the difference between our and their defensive record is that we conceded 4 goals at Fulham alone.

Yes I get all that just my feeling that our backing atm is more likely to make a mistake it's still a young backing.

Still incredible we are in this position sadly arsenals fixtures are much easier. Only hope is the atletico game drains them & they drop points because we will also drop points

I think we will do it, but in the PL no tinkering with this team, I believe this team is going to develop into a really special unit

I watched the PL interview with Semenyo yesterday. He was asked on the run-in and his view of the players feeling. His response was it is all calm, the senior players make it relaxed of what is needed and they feel no pressure.

The mindset is fixed on hunting Arsenal down and it’s what is playing out.

Changes are inevitable because we are likely to play 2 PL games on both sides of the FA Cup final (if we qualify). And I doubt Pep would field a seriously weakened team in the final.

Long way to go yet and I'm not a fan of the over-confident gloating from some of our fanbase.

I'm certain both us and Arse will drop points in the next 5-6 games, hopefully we drop less.
