Will we win the league this season?

I know if my auntie and all that but if the rags had beaten Arsenal in the first game as they probably deserved to, they would joint top! Ha ha. If nothing else it shows what an average league this is. Arsenal probably the only side that have put normal title winning points on the board so far.

Jumping to conclusions about the league and the teams based on 8 games and hypothetical scenarios.

The league is pretty strong. Not all good teams start strongly, though. In 20/21 our start was worse than this season. Didn't mean our team wasn't good enough. We were 3 wins off the quadruple that season.

Unlike others, I didn't big up Liverpool when they were winning. And I won't say now they aren't good enough to win the league. It's too early for such generalisations.

Imo, our team has the highest ceiling. Unlike Arsenal, we can improve a lot.

Hey I'm actually enjoying the season, think we've actually got a good group of (young) players. I just think there will be times when Haaland won't be able to play, and the way we aren't taking the chances could be a concern.
 
With the way Pep's setting us up game to game now, and the spine we have, let's see.
Still arsenal's to lose this season imho - but they have a certain history.
It's not a vintage PL this season so come April we might see 3/4 teams still in the mix

Who'd have thunk we'd be a point above the dippers 5 games later.

With injuries to key players, Rodders only playing to put minutes into his legs (we've won 3 games without him) and new players bedding in. Played the tarquins away, in the shittest of form, and came away with a point.

Can we win it?
Absofuckinglutely.
