Does wine go off? I've got a bottle of red thats been in my wine rack for yonks called La Serrana Tempranillo. Dated 2003

moved into my new house in november,last occupants must have been in a wine club,coz i got a courier letter through door about a package left in my shed......12 bottles of assorted wines!

im no wine connesiuer but......it tastes like red wine and gets me pissed!!! mint

In general there are less new world wines than in the UK. Swiss wines are pricey but the locals don't mind overpaying for local products. French and Italian wines are cheaper than in the UK bottle for bottle but there are fewer low end wines.

Both the bottles I listed were about 18chf which at todays rates is about £12. I did a quick google and found them at £24 and £15 in the UK.
