Can't restrict people's rights to marry freely by grounds of financial circumstance, that's one law for the rich another for the poor plain and simple. I would think it would be fairly straightforward.

Well what the lay person understands as straight forward the judges tend to find extremely complicated.

Then again, why would judges who are earning over 60k a year want the paupers taking all the women?
