Wolves (A) | PL | Post-Match Thread

Goal was perfectly good. No sympathy for Wolves, they signed that letter so can get fucked for all I care. Hope all there fans are local , that’ll teach them having to live in the shithole.

Mental reading all the posts saying we were terrible.
We made hard work of it but we showed mettle and maturity as well as enormous mental fortitude to win another away game that puts us top.

Far too many on here looking for things to fucking moan about.
It’s a great win and last minute winners are the very best part of football.

not sure but dont think clear and obvious has anything to do with offside decisions

good thing the guy making the decisions grew up 4 miles from city
In this case, it does, given the goal was given as offside because the linesmen seemingly forgot that you can’t be offside from a corner and a player has to be impacting play from an offside position when the ball is first played, which Bernardo was not doing.

It would have been a farce if the goal hadn’t been given.

Great results, defence concerns remain and credit to wolves.

Above all though, the fight of these players to win despite not firing an all cylinders is obvious.

Now to laugh even more at the butt-sore comments from rival fans about our legit goal being given. Can't even get the take of a wolves fan because the red tops are drowning them out. It's like we've personally beaten all of them today on one go, when I thought we were playing just the one team! Bernie, get yourself a coffee lad!

He was offside! From a corner, you sure there Tarquin?

It was a shove by Bernardo! But we are ok with the one Sa gave back? And the hundreds of others in every other game every week?

Boo hoo hoo, var is bent and city have bought the league, it's boring now! But it wasn't half an hour ago, was it? Cry, cry some more, it sustains us!
