I would have preferred Aguero to be playing but hey ho. Laporte was as poor as the others after the restart so defensively it’s a lottery. Wouldnt surprise me to see Garcia playing.

I feel your pain! Numerous times I could of posted comments and stopped myself from doing it because I would get a straight ban. Doom and gloom on here with very little positive outlooks especially in the match day threads.I know right? it’s mad!!

Sometimes I prefer it years ago when we were shit and not used winning, Now we have spoiled brats that think we should be winning 7-0 every week.

No Bernardo shows just how threadbare we are in centre midfield. Unless he changes formation It will have to be Foden and Kdb starting, the only other legitimate option we have is Gundogan in the 8 and we all know how that goes with Rodri on the pitch too.
It’s Such a huge gamble to not replace silva. It’s alright saying we’ve got Foden to take silva’s minutes but who’s going to take over Fodens minutes from last season? We’ve got 6 midfielders for 3 positions which may seem ideal numbers but one is a 35 year old who spent last season at CB, two have proven time and time again they can’t play together, and one is still inexperienced who isn’t yet used to playing every 3 days and has barely featured for us in that position, We need that extra body. We’re making a habit of taking these stupid unnecessary gambles and we end up paying, not replacing Kompany and the shit show aftermath last year should have been a lesson learned to not do it again. Looks like we’re about to repeat it in midfield this season.

I'm afraid this will be prove a rather disappointing pointer for the rest of our season. Our executive management haven't been on a par with various others in terms of acquisitions when our weaknesses are plain for all to see. Underwhelmed for the first time in a very long time.
