Strange game to watch. First half was men v boys with sole aim of Wolves not to concede more than one. Still have my doubts over the validity of disallowing Eric’s effort. We just don’t have the technology in use to determine the exact moment the ball was last touched nor whether or not a sleeve is offside or not. Two nil and it wouldn’t have mattered what Wolves did we would have strolled the second half. They score with their first effort and then for ten minutes they had a couple of half decent efforts. We then as a group decided enough was enough and scored three more. Thought Cancelo, Mahrez, Bernardo were excellent and Jesus was a real handful for their back 10. Sterling only came to life at 1-1 and good to see KDB shake off more of his rust. Few days rest before scum but they will play a similar type of game except they will fall down more often than Wolves especially near or in the box and will knock it long far more often. Would keep the same back five but replace Sterling with Foden and would play Ferny just to trample all over goofy again.
