Another corrupt ref performance, seems every other games atm.
But new players need time to bed in, at the moment not a patch on those who left but they would not all be starting if we had less injuries.

But our biggest issue is not the usual 1 shot = goal but how clueless we look in the final third. Today we had zero creativity from midfield but still had 23 shots, the issue is yet again we get so few on target and just 8 today. Teams need 2 to 3 shots to score v us and we heed about 20 plus.
 
Rubbish from start to finish, don't think any of our players performed today, the ref was bobbins but that's not an excuse for being as poor as that.
 
awful decisions from start to finish. Playing Nunes and getting the crowd going was just ridiculous. Not going Kona any support in middle equally as bad.

Pawson is a joke of a ref. wolves should never had 11 men for second half and where he only came up with 6 minutes from only his accountant will know. Wolves were rolling around for at least that alone.

Kovacic and Nunes looked crap without him. The former had a mare of game. Absolute shite.

As for Foden and Haaland. Fuck me could either be less involved than those two.

This result is a combination of things. Rodri’s absolutely braindead stupidity, Peps stupidity getting booked in a meaningless game and then the team lacking leadership and direction during the game.

A complete shitshow from everyone from manager down today.
 
Atrocious, that. So many attackers who flutter in and out of games - say what you want about Doku but at least he doesn’t hide from the ball and go missing for 10/15 minutes at a time.

Complacency has cost us. Reset and a gentle, timely reminder to be on it every game right before the tarquins next week.

I think playing with less men in midfield is leaving us more open. Obviously more so today without Rodri. Alvarez has been a big positive this season but having 2 forwards is definitely leaving us more exposed. Foden being powder puff defensively adds to that problem too.
 
I hope pep does a “no one talks” dressing room talk. Whole squad needs a wake up call
 
God awful. Basically relying on a 21 year-old new signing to be the only creative outlet in the team. No control without Rodri. Finishing the game with Akanji doing the job of trying to create something. Let's be honest, we created nothing all game, and then to add insult to injury, I missed the last 20 minutes of the game because my shitty streaming service (which I pay for) decided to crash.

Seem to remember losing three on the bounce with a half arsed league cup defeat being the catalyst last season too
