Tactically Pep got it wrong again by going with 5 at the back 2nd half, conceding possession and territory and inviting Wolves on knowing we’re defensively poor. We offered nothing going forward 2nd half bar the goal and Raz barely touched the ball except to concede possession

If you cant defend, don't have a decent goalkeeper and give the ball away all the second half then you can't expect to get anything. Can't say Wolves were anywhere near as good as I thought they would be - just every goal we fucked up on. In no particular order, Bravo, Otamendi, Mendy, Walker, Sterling, Ederson...yes you all made stupid errors which cost us the game. Now we'll be exhausted to play Sheffield on Sunday. Thought KDB and Bernardo worked hard and played well.

Time to change the whole back four and replacements...
Mendy isn't a defender, wasn't when we signed him, never will be.
Walker has given us three good seasons, and should now be player playing second fiddle to someone else, and that doesn't seem to be Cancello.
Otimendi, should have gone over a season ago, he was fourth choice last season.
Stones spends more time in the physio room than playing and when he does his form has declined.
Angelino's purchase was pointless, he adds nothing.
Zinchenko is another converted midfielder, and doesn't seem to be getting a chance now.

Poor Fernandino looks lost, and Pep has worsened our midfield moving him to centre back. Rodri wasn't ready for the premier league and needed to be introduced slowly.

Our owners and management team have been brilliant for the past decade, giving us unbelievable success we could never have imagined but they have got to work harder than ever this summer, or we will fall further behind.

However the management team failed during the past summer to see forthcoming problems, most on here knew defensively we'd come up short before any injuries.

EVERY TIME we need to push on and improve the squad we fail to do it and we fail to do it miserably.

Big changes needed if we want to continue to play Pep's way because these players don't have the energy or smarts I'm afraid.
