I was watching this thinking the same, amazing as the surgeons are, if they nick the wrong bit and she stops playing they can't exactly reverse it, damage is done.
Did watch 'Hospital' last week were they have this 4 armed machine that looks like a robot from a car factory, it operates on patients with the surgeon computer controlling it in a different room, bloody amazing and recovery for patients was much improved.
