Thank you! Just done that. I don't recall any message, missive informing ST that they had to choose a seat. In previous seasons you had a seat that they gave you with the option of changing it. Me too. Got the email last week having " purchased" the pack a couple of weeks ago . Separate mobile ticket for all three games at the Etihad . Could have done with betters communication from the club over this in last couple of weeks to remind ST holders there is no extra payment .
Definitely could have done with ST holders being better informed since the Tottenham game doesn’t appear to have sold very well but I suppose that was always going to be the case with the game not being against Arsenal, Chelsea or United.
The first choice of section made this morning only had two empty seats - I think the MUEN has them ringed in red ink! The second section was nigh on empty.

It went onto my ticket account after checking daily and then the day after it come through I got an email with the download link so I was able to download from the os first.
Searching for my hat trick tickets yesterday I ended up on the ticket slot and I was 21000th in the queue and I would be on hold for an hour. 'Kinell.
