Hopefully after her SheBelieves tournament success and MVP award then Lavelle can kick on and get in the starting line-up a bit more often. Just not sure with the way we play whose place she takes.

Due to injuries, and internationals, we've far from seen the best of her, but she is probably the most talented we have, so we have to find a way to play her for me, and to do that, somebody's nose will be put out sadly.

This is by far the most talented squad the women have had, and Taylor has to find a way to rotate like Pep does, and keep everyone happy, good luck with that.

Just had a read of the digi-prog for this game. Had to laugh at Tess Middag explaining that she had learnt English at school, seen English movies, probably glued to screen when Downton Abbey was on, and the first person she spoke to on her first day of training was Toni Duggan, and wondered whether Duggan had spoken in English. The last time I was in Liverpool Mrs Ewing wanted some Havianas. We went into this shop in Liverpool 1 (Everton 2) and asked the young lass 'Have yer these in size 6?" The answer didn't come back as a yes or no, and to this day I haven't a clue what she said. Middag came all the way from Holland to be flummoxed by Duggan's accent. I only went down the East Lancs.
