Worst game I`ve seen Mewes have but nobody can find a blue shirt
All that passing and the tenth pass goes astray! And I can't work out what those women are doing when they stand still like a statue, ball at their feet, waiting for Bristol to run 'em down, and then there's a scramble at the back.

Made to work hard for that and they should've been well out of sight before we saw the first sub.

Poor game, awful pitch, awful referee, poor City performance, but 3 deserved points nonetheless, I think that is as bad as I've seen us play this season, nothing much went right, but you shouldn't ever miss that many chances.

With every decent chance missed I always ask myself "Would CFC have missed that?" and invariably the answer comes back with a resounding NO!

Good to see Demi Stokes back on the pitch , but what has happened to Gemma Bonner and Megan Campbell ?
I take it they are long term injuries, especially Megan Campbell, I think she's missed about 2 seasons now !

I don't ever watch them unless they're playing us, but they had a similar number of chances tonight, and also only scored 3, so I'm sure they frustrate as much as we do.

I think the pitch tonight had a lot to do with our performance, we're very lucky to play on a carpet at home.

That was a terrible performance

I thought White, Kelly and Hemp played well (although Lauren’s finishing was off). Our wide play has improved so
Much during the season that it has changed our style of play and limited chances for other star players, particularly Rose Lavelle.

Everyone else was mediocre with Sam Mewis having a very rare off night. The pitch was very bobbly and Bristol got lots of players behind the ball. Their keeper was outstanding and we missed lots of chances.

We've got two great wingers in Hemp and Kelly, but they have to wait their turn in the scheme of things before they can demonstrate their pace and trickery. The number of times Kelly was left in open countryside on her flank should have doubled the final score. And Lauren Hemp's pace in women's footy is a golden ticket.

Dreadful pitch - I've seen as good on the corpy pitches in Manchester in the 70's. It's the home ground of Bath City - not so sure a rugby game wasn't played on it in the afternoon. It'll suit teams to play against a footballing/passing side to disrupt, although Bristol, when they got going seemed to have less difficulty in controlling a bobbling ball.

Poor game, pitch was awful, ref was erratic and Bristol had no ambition.... happy to hoof it out and break things up. Earlier in the season that might have ended up 0:0 so let’s be grateful for the points and move on.

The bulk of our chances fell to Mewis and Hemp. We should have got more passes to Kelly if she was wide open.

I am satisfied with the 3 nil, just as I was with the men’s team’s 2 nil win against BMG where a Mahrez and Foden should have got themselves on the scoresheet.

It always seems that we will score eventually given the dominance of possession, but against better teams in the SWL and the CL we can't be missing some very good chances. Mewis had a chance that 999 out of 1000 she'd net, but we always seems to get the 1 miss out of the thousand and the team takes it in turns to miss it! It's all rather enigmatic. But, as yer say, three nil is three nil!
