it is crucial to get a few goals todayJust read if teams are level on points it’s then down to goal difference. Atm we are 1 point ahead and 3 goal difference worse off than Chelsea so hopefully can rack up more goals today

Chelsea (and other teams) seem to sign star players to play in their team. We seem to sign star players for the good PR then have them sat on the bench !Can see them winning the treble this year. Their recruitment was far better than anyone else’s and Hayes has got them rolling. Don’t think they’ll be troubled by Barcelona.
Also what's going on with the defence ? All good players , but why have a attacking midfield at left back when you have a left back playing in the middle of defence and a central defender sat on the bench !

Also what's going on with the defence ? All good players , but why have a attacking midfield at left back when you have a left back playing in the middle of defence and a central defender sat on the bench !

Mewis has played a lot of games, Lavelle not as many but has also not brought her US form to City's team, Dahlkemper is 1st choice, hence my wondering if she had a niggle and Bonner has left and Houghton is injured.

True , Dahlkemper and Mannion (also on the bench) could not be 100%, but we've been doing this for years now , ie sign a foreign star or two and never really play them . Lavelle hasn't deserved a 1st team place, she has been very inconsistent all season and looks like she hasn't settled as well as Mewis, who has looked a great player for us, it is a shame as Lavelle is a quality player for the US, quite possibly in the worlds top 10 but not for us, unfortunately.

Or maybe they are being signed by others and the manager doesn't think they fit his system.
Pauline Bremner broke her leg possibly in her first game if I remember rightly but did battle back but then we signed White, I guess the wage cap means we can't keep them all for the bench etc

Last weeks Chelsea game was a must win. Greenwood was thrown in at centre back and got absolutely turned over by Kerr which lead to a goal. Remarkably, Taylor had Morgan at left back and Greenwood in the middle against Barcelona... which we also lost 3-0. Both were idiotic choices from Taylor that ended both our champions league run and the title.
