And I said the officiating in the men’s game was good did I ?Yeah because I have never seen amateurish officiating in mens football...

No, you said:And I said the officiating in the men’s game was good did I ?
No, you said:
"The women's game still has far to go in the credibility stakes - in some eyes... this fiasco really wont help."
Which is actually pretty unclear whether 'in some eyes' refers to the first half, the second half or both.
I was just making the point that anyone who thinks a bad refereeing performance damages the credibility of the whole sport then they are just looking for any and every excuse to demean, undermine or completely write off women's football. I agree there are some out there but as I say, they are never going to enjoy women's football.
I think you know the answer.I wonder if Sky will treat our women's side with the same contempt they have for the men's?
I guessed it watching their promo for it. Chavs/Arse/Everton were featured.I think you know the answer.

I have no doubt they will have some snidey little toe-rag stickin' in the corkscrew and twisting it a couple o' times before the warm up has finished.I wonder if Sky will treat our women's side with the same contempt they have for the men's?
She's going to have a nightmare with offside this season with VAR and drawn lines when she's got four arms.View attachment 21904
Rags first match.Good to see that Sky have selected their favorite team to launch their WSL coverage.... how predictable.
Rags first match.
Who'd have thought it...?
I could go along with that choice had the Rags won the title or the WCL but didn't they get overtaken by the Arse, and finished fourth. It's so blindingly obvious where their sympathies lie and until we get some inpartial and unbiased treatment from these media turds my subscription will stay safe in the bank.Rags first match.

I wouldn't have begrudged them opening with the champions, then us and Arsenal to show a reflection of last season. But what do we know.I could go along with that choice had the Rags won the title or the WCL but didn't they get overtaken by the Arse, and finished fourth. It's so blindingly obvious where their sympathies lie and until we get some inpartial and unbiased treatment from these media turds my subscription will stay safe in the bank.
I always think that we get chosen so they have a televisual record of us getting turned over! And if we batter a team but concede one that goal will be on a loop whenever we are required to have a mention.![]()
