Is parking the bus becoming more common now in the womens game ?

I have seen a few games and they are normally more open. Parking the bus is just boring and anti football it wont do the womens game any favours for getting fans to watch.

It's not really parking the bus. It's just defending, city are far far too slow and ponderous meaning every attack is against 11. Most of the key injuries are to the defence, the midfield and attack on paper is strong, no excuses to be this shit and clueless going forward. The tactic seems to be give it to Hemp and that's it.

Yes. Always gets praised by pundits as “great defensive display” etc. It is boring beyond belief and will kill the game.
Cheating and gamesmanship is also becoming a feature - are you listening Tottenham Hotspur Women??

Women teams now are well organised at the back they get into their defensive line very quick making it hard! Get Scott up top and hoof it up to here have runners to pick up the second third ball! We should go fat sam methods till we have our full squad back! Oh first shot on our goal will be a goal it’s not her fault but not good enough for Sunday league games.

We're not even aiming set pieces her way for the most part either. The one time we do it creates the only save their keeper had to make. Shambolic!

This is awful and it would be so easy to lay into all the players but this team has"gone" which is a shame after the opening day win at Everton.

To be honest of it wasnt City ladies playing I would have done the hoovering ;) this match is boring and wont do anything for the ladies game.
