Well done ladies. Good performances across the pitch and a wonderful goal from Steph.
That was a very good start to our WSL campaign. Very impressed with Losada & Shaw and pleased that they both got off the mark. Janine Beckie never lets us down but could do with working on her left foot a bit more by the looks of things. Although it was good to get some minutes into the legs I was surprised that Stanway came on for 30 mins considering Evcerton were being quite physical in their approach. Will be interesting to see what our starting line-up will be when everyone is fit and available for selection.
Stanway has been our most physical player in recent seasons so we needed a bit more bit on the pitch. Hopefully, tue new Aussie defender will add more steel too.

Anyone know if it's possible to turn up on Wednesday night with a credit card and gain admittance to the Stadium?

We did well, as always it's was all about Everton. The only positive comments were from Alex Scott. The game was almost like Everton v some foreign side they way it was covered.
A Taliban 11 from Afghanistan arriving at “Fred Talbot” Albert Dock in a dinghy playing at Goodson would get more positive press than us.

I don't know if it's been mentioned but Talk Shite had full commentary of the game. I only caught the last 10 minutes but it seemed reasonably balanced to me.
The former Everton keeper hates us with a passion and considering City were 3-0 up at half time, the first thing said was "Everton will be disappointed"

Darren Ambrose git his arse handed to him trying to be bad cop. "Women's football shouldn't have as much coverage as the men's"
