To be fair I don't think she's been that bad , But Jacqui Oatley and the beeb in general just seem desperate for a Everton win (or a City defeat) !
Game wise Raso City's star player , better final balls and this game would be over now . Also Esme Morgan solid game again and Alex Greenwood standing too .
Stand corrected , somebody call "Robyn" was the commentator not Jacqui Oatley.
Also wonder if the beeb will be so desperate for a Everton win next week away at Chelsea,
Or will they be creaming themselves over Chelsea star players ?
I expect the latter !

That was a very good start to our WSL campaign. Very impressed with Losada & Shaw and pleased that they both got off the mark. Janine Beckie never lets us down but could do with working on her left foot a bit more by the looks of things. Although it was good to get some minutes into the legs I was surprised that Stanway came on for 30 mins considering Evcerton were being quite physical in their approach. Will be interesting to see what our starting line-up will be when everyone is fit and available for selection.

Everton are supposed to be much-improved & hoping to challenge for trophies this season, so that was a great result for City - especially with the injuries / missing players.

We did well, as always it's was all about Everton. The only positive comments were from Alex Scott. The game was almost like Everton v some foreign side they way it was covered.

Losada looking how I thought Lavelle would but didn't, great control of the midfield. I don't know where Jill Scott will fit into this team esp when our new Angeldahl gets her visa. Surely she will have to move on. Like the look of the Aussies both have added a lot to the team.
Losada is absolutely brill

Not sure they mentioned City in the second half although they did call us Manchester United, what with potentially the best player in the world coming on for Everton. Can't remember her name, might have been Carol Maradonna.
Surprised the Everton manager was not MoM after his superb work in correcting his dreadful tactical errors which is what Rachel CholMondley-Warner endlessly droned on about.
My overall summary is that with some shrewd investment and an awful lot of HARD work, City might one day be as good as Everton.
Nice to hear the City support
