Anyway those comparing this to the Bird case in Cumbria and asking why that wasn't a terrorist attack might find this definition of terrorism might explain why

Never ever thought a soldier (or anyone) would be beheaded on the streets of London. Just reading that sentence, it's hard to believe.

A large percentage of them won't even know why they are there. That same large percentage were probably fighting with each other in support of their respective football clubs this last 9 months or so.
