Co-respondent's shoes. (I was in a pub in Harrogate with the mrs when a gent of a certain age came in, shod in brown and cream shoes. I said to her "Look, co-respondent's shoes!" But she'd never heard the expression. It refers to footwear worn by men of dubious morals.) Given in the OED as "dated".
Likewise "brothel-creepers", for big, thick-soled but silently-treading shoes.
