I saw a guy and he was just mean. I have posted above what happened to me ^
In that case he was out of order.
It's like any big organisation though; sometimes it's good and sometimes it isn't.
When you are in that though you can only do your best for the person in front of you and I, and many of my colleagues, try to do that.
It isn't easy being a social worker as well as trying to improve someone's job prospects.
The barriers to work are varied and immense in some cases, and unfortunately some get caught up in it.
Pretty much like the suggestion today will do.
