It's a penno for me too except I dont understand the rule book. It's not really ball to hand if he has his back to play. I think its accidental and clumsy more than anything. I reckon 90% of these penalties through the years are accidental but they just get given

While he hasn't deliberately moved his hand to hit the ball, he has deliberately left his arm in a position where his team would benefit from it being hit. Deliberately not moving it out of the way, in a sense.

You can never get a moment in time back again. Living in the moment and having the real emotions of the moment wash over you is what you remember forever.

The FIFA World Cup app has all the goals on to watch back whenever you want, why would you not soak up the whole moment while you’re there?
