You won’t need to bother about trying to finishing 2nd. If KDB turns up then there is a sword waiting for you to be put to.

You have to go for the win. In your favour is if Boyata starts. He can cause mayhem, I have the emotional scars to verify this. He can also be very good. Depending on which of his personas turns up will have an influence.

I still think it will come down to how KDB plays. If he turns it on, England will leave the field with a new arsehole.

Don't think he'll be playing. He's on a one match ban, if he gets booked. Can't see Martinez taking the Risk.
