Well; it was. I wear as heavy a set of blue blinkers as anyone on here, but I'm not blind. It was a cracking header.

Not denying it was a great goal,just don't hear many footballers with that sort of self appreciation in an interview.

A. I f I scored a goal like that, I'd be crowing as well!
B. The Dutch always struck me as a nation (or at least their footballers) who were never short of self confidence.
