We played like shit v Ghana and won. Tonight w erae much better and thought we just shaded the first half and are losing!!! Nani is total shit but even he couldnt fuck that up!!! Just not even skill/creativity in the side. Against ghana we couldnt string two passes together. Seeme to be getting a lot of joy down the flanks especially the right flank.

Bang a goal in here the first 15 minutes and it will get extremely interesting. I feel our side a lot more testicluar fortitude than the Portuguese.

A draw wouldnt be a disaster either.....

Ronaldo is actually pretty shit at free kicks.

He always has been. The few he scores look so good that everyone incorrectly thinks he converts a high percentage of his attempts.

Looked this one up in a textbook. Some great football by both teams. Sustained quick two touch football.

Algeria have long produced good technical footballers.

A big advantage Algeria have is that a lot of their players are born in France, and have come through the French youth system, which is one of the best in the world. I fancied them to get through.
