I think Del Bosque is most to blame he was a bit arrogant in his selections of injured players thinking they will get out of the group with out being at a 100%. I know most blues would've wanted to see Alvaro instead of Costa but I think Llorente should've been there with Navas as Plan B and I would've started Villa he was one of the best players in the champions league final and can finish his chances and suits the way Spain play.
 
Got what they deserved - I´ll be smirking whatever England do tomorrow - we´ll have lasted longer than them
Worst defence of the trophy ever? They had it coming and now the Spanish press will have to eat mountains of shit and start the Madrid / Barca blame game. The Barca players who won it for them last time will kop for it now from Marca and AS and the rest of the fookin scummy facha bastards
And the disgraceful Costa decision totally backfired - good riddance
Big win-win for City with Dave,Navas and Alf all fresh and raring to go come August
 
Good get David Silva on his holibobs, so that he is fit for start of season 53 days to the community shield, with a tough set of fixtures at beginning we will need him, Negredo, Navas and Nasri up and running.
 
A very Impressive performance from Chile and despite a decent game from Silva. Spain deserved to crash out early.
 
Enjoyed watching Australia give it a go today. Former city target Mark Bresciano is old but in the 2 games he played he still looked class. Would have been a good signing for us 6 years ago...
