Stole my thunder, was going to nominate this one.

Goalie's fault, never take that fatal step to the right

And he didn't shin it either so therefore it qualifies as a worldy!!!

instantly thought of shearers against us in the first few seasons at the etihad, seem to remember it was a milestone goal at the time?

Was at the platt lane end, in my earlier years, so saw both of these at close quarters, unfortunately

Though to be fair to Big Joe, as regards Boyce's goal, he had been knocked spark out a couple of minutes earlier by an opponents "stray boot" to the head

There are also a couple of world class goals scored by City that for some reason have never appeared on YouTube

Does anyone else remember a Rodney Marsh stunner, at Maine Road (Circa 1972/73) when he beat about 5 men before scoring a beauty against Newcastle, or Jim Melrose's peach of a goal, against, I think Coventry City, from virtually the halfway line? (Circa 1984/85)

Have a look at Thiery Henry 2004 goal at their place.

Surprised this one hasn't had a mention either.....Jimmy floyd hasselbank in the decider for Europa league. Screamer of a free kick.

I am pretty sure the Jim Melrose goal was against Notts County
