Not pleased with the Little Hulton bashing, spent many happy times there, and never saw anything untoward really. Heard about the odd incident, but no worse than anywhere else. I always found Winton/Monton much worse

You've obviously not ventured into LH recently then?? Wouldn't put it on a par with 'Shameless'...........its a million times worse believe me!!!!

The snobbery on this board is unbelievable. Lived in LH for nearly 4 years now not had any trouble. Granted I don't take leisurely strolls down Kenyon Way at night but it's no worse than most places in Manchester. Don't talk such pish.

Totally agree. I lived on Kenyon Way for over 10 years. I still pop into the Connie Club there

In spite of my user name i detest Worsley. I lived there for years before escaping and in my opinion it has a very one upmanship mentality and it is surrounded by absolute shithole areas. it is basically one square mile of decent over priced houses. Drive a few minutes and you are in Eccles (shit hole) and real backward areas like Tyldsley and Clifton. Everyone in Worsley claims to be Giggsys best mate and every body puts "ys" on everones name. Isn't it amazing when you think of the culural difference between a maveric character from Chorlton say and a wag from Worsley (its full of them) who is impressed because she lives near Tyrone from Coronation Street and Kim Marsh. Amazing how different peoples mentaility can be so different in a few miles.

in summary Worsley is a in a city very different to Manchester, full of arrogant rags. In my opnion the reasons i dont like Man United are very similar to why i hated living there. Generally speaking fll of rag pricks. in Worsley you have 3 rough pubs full of knobs, 1 garden centre, 3 restraunts a co-op and a pretentious gym.

Would not live there again if you gave me a house for free.

Nothing wrong with the M29 postcode. A mile away from Worlsley but house prices less than half

Our kid (who's a big City fan) lives a few hundred yards short of Little Hulton precinct , but has a Worsley postcode (M28) ...... he's tried to sell his house, but can't , nobody wants to know , never even got one viewing over the 15 months it was on sale ...... it's an ex show-house , and a cracking property too , but Kenyon Way isn't far away !

His dog chased four lads off who were in his back garden at 4am a few months back ..... they legged it through nearby woodland.

Worsley can be full of snobs. I can remember in the late 80's they won a campaign to have there post code changed as it was the same as Walkden/Little Hulton. There is a few snobs who live in Ellenbrook however they forget under the old boundries they came under Little Hulton!

No snobbery mate just my experience of working in schools and working with 'hard to reach families' in the area for 8 years.
