i always quite liked bosvelt to be honest, just came to us 2-3 years to late!! was a solid player though!

Have you ever considered that if we had someone better than Dickov we wouldn't have been relegated to the 3rd division in the first place? He averaged 5 goals a year in the 2nd division. Truly, utterly, dreadful footballer.

I think you're in a minority with Dickov. I could think of at least twenty shit strikers before getting anywhere near him.

Yeh I agree I am definitely in the minority, 90% of City fans have had their judgement clouded because of the Gillingham goal and his work rate. But if you look back at his overall career with us, the evidence is pretty damming.

Alan Ball is the only manager I've ever seen get boo'ed by both sets of supporters!

Away at Stoke just after we'd get relegated from the prem, we lost and I'm pretty sure he got the sack soon after.

Worst manager ever....

I remember that. The one time us and Stoke fans were in unison. Was still water of a duck's back to World Cup winner Ball.

How anyone in their right mind can include Richard Edghill in their all-time worst XI is beyond me.

At that time, he was expected to patrol the whole of the right- hand side of our defence AND midfield and he was hounded out of the club by a bunch of morons who didn't or couldn't see what was happening.

Surely Mike Walsh and Tony Cunningham should be in there?

Well said that man......he was fine until Whitey left and had no outlet so was expected to run 70 yards with ball or pass it into a non existent midfield..... had many an argument on the Kippax sticking up for Edgey

OK, so none of them was a world-beater, but they all made a positive contribution to the club in some way or another.
