Worst City player you've seen live/worst City squad

some one has already said Simon Tracy he may not be the worst but he will be up there,my mates always used to laugh and say `he`s got his gloves on the wrong feet`

Yeah I said Simon fucking Tracey.. Absolutely without a shadow of a doubt the worst keeper I've seen... Made Margetson look like Yashin

Richard edgehill, and
Bob Taylor

Edgey always gave 100% and I always liked him... Had many an argument on the Kippax with fans slagging him off.. Might not be the most gifted of players but fuck me there have been much worse.
Made my day when he scored his penalty at Wembley v Gillingham.. Took a lot of bottle stepping up considering the abuse he often got.

Top player Edgy, just sad he played for tactically clueless managers.

Shout out for Carl Shutt. I loved it when he used to run out to the wing to avoid being offside, but that interpretation of the offside rule didn’t exist then... so even though he’d run 30 yards out to the wing to avoid interfering with play, he’d still get flagged for offside when we aimlessly hoofed it upfield. You could say he was a visionary!

Ged Brennan was also great, in the not so great sense. I saw what I think was his debut away at Tranmere, who we bought him from. He was awful then, and didn’t get any better.

Also honourable mentions to, Aidie Mike, Jason Van Blerk, Gerry Creaney, Lee Peakock, Scott Hiley, Martin Margetson, Garry Mason, Hatem Trabelsi, Fitzroy Simpson, David Brightwell, Ikie Immel, Michael Frontzek, Alan Kernaghan, Bob Taylor, Kare Ingebretsen, Martin Phillips... Sadly the list goes on. Absolute dross. We really do have 1st world problems now.

Wow all these players being mentioned I’ve tried for years to forget no way will I sleep now?

Yes he was. Remember he almost cost us the 3-2 game against Spurs in 2012 with his mistakes. Hardly recognisable now from then as a player.

I hold Lescott entirely responsible for that. Lescott was the senior centre back and left him exposed
