Worst money you’ve ever spent

Everything I have ever bought from Bensons for Beds
Had a spell of 2 years buying Beds, Simba Mattress, Wardrobes and Draws. All crap
Never again

Brought a sofa from that Harvey’s which share the same retail space (or used to). Piece of junk that was. Had to pay for an independent inspection in the end before they take it back.

Wasted money on loads of things over the years, but the one that annoyed me most recent was these club card deals tesco do. Went round picking up things at the club card price, thought I was getting things cheaper… got to the till and couldn’t find my fucking club card. Ended up spending about a 15 quid more, made it worse when I then found the fucking club card in The back of my wallet on the way back to the car. I was fuming all weekend

Bought a mattress from ‘John Ryan by Design’. They are based out by the airport. Most of their stuff is really expensive but I got their ‘budget’ double for £650. Really comfortable and looks like it will last for years. It replaced a shit one from Bensons so I empathise.

Maybe this is a stupid question, but isn't a soup maker just a pan? Maybe a blender if you're feeling fancy?
Mrs G makes courgette soup, and also a veg concoction with stuff that's "on the turn". A pan, a couple of veg oxos and a blender after it's boiled/simmered. A generous pour of single cream, and Bob's your uncle . No need to put more money in the pockets of Currys/Amazon/high end department stores for a blender.

P.S. Its gorgeous. Better than Heinz, Campbell's and Baxter's combined
