try BB2.0, he's normally good for a row. ;)

THE SMITHS

RHCPS

U2

I hate these bands that much that I was impelled to write their names in capital letters. The simile I will employ in this situation is "DULL AS TOAST."

For all those who claim that Oasis/Roses/A.Monkeys are the worst bands then I simply reply with the following symbol

?

Monkeys first album good but now gash.

Oasis never lived up to their early promise.

Stone Roses have one album which is incredibly overrated and a shit one.

Agreed re Arctic Monkeys, decent first album even if it was just The Libertines with a less witty Jarvis Cocker fronting them.

Oasis, never reached the same commercial heights but they've done some really good tunes since the first 2 albums, just perhaps not a cohesive classic album to rival Definitely Maybe.

Stone Roses - Debut was 10/10 perfect, also the tunes from that era that weren't on the album (Somethings Burnings/Fools Gold/Where Angels Play/Standing here etc) are all classics, they were perfect around that time. I really like The Second Coming too, obviously it is nowhere near as good as the debut but it has it's moments.

Oasis, I guess I'm just an albums kind of guy.

As for the Roses, I did actually prefer a CD that was released of non album tracks. I can't remember it's name though.

Yeah, you can't beat a full on classic album but for me I still manage to find more good than bad in Oasis albums although I really dislike their ballad type songs.

The Roses one was probably Turns Into Stone, it was all the B Sides from the classic era plus the Fools Gold and One Love singles and B sides.
