Would Tevez have done well in Pep's system?

If Tevez time at city had coincided with Pep's, how would had that worked out? I think he did had the work rate that Pep demands and would had thrived in Pep's team.

As much as I love him and always will, Tevez did what Tevez wanted. It worked for us at the time. But there is a huge sense of "the team is greater than I" with Peps system, and I'm not sure it would have suited him well.

Nope. He’s not a one/two touch player. He loses possession to much for Pep

You reckon? I always thought Tevez was great at retaining possession. Even when he went to beat someone but they tackled him he seemed to end up with the ball (rather than them taking it off him). Him and silva stood out for retaining possession when we were stepping up i thought.

Just my opinion, and still not sure whether he would work well under pep or not (either way what a player)

Off the field undeniable. But on it? We usually played him on his own up front so he had to do it on his own a bit (think of Chelsea at home 1 nil when he bagged on a solo run, Chelsea away as well when he bagged on the Wayne Bridge day). Didnt particularly strike me as a selfish player at the time. Just very, very good! And could do it on his own, but even so didn't lose the ball a lot

He never really stuck me as selfish, The quality wasn't there quite yet in the other nine positions on the field and so he was asked to be the top dog.
