Would Tevez have done well in Pep's system?

Absolutely right. What a player he’d have been in this team. The one thing he had, more so than anyone currently in the squad, was the ability to score from outside the box. That alone gives defenders something else to think about and brings that bit of unpredictability into the play, which is probably the only thing we don’t currently have.

Frustrates me that we don't try this more often. As much to pull centre halves out of their armchairs on the edge of the box.
 
cant believe the short memories some on here have; Tevez is one of the best players we’ve ever had and carried us into the Mansoor era when the rest of the squad was pretty average.

In his prime he worked as hard as anyone and had great quality, so yes he’d fit into Pep’s system

He’d easily slot into the current team up front and be brilliant in fact he’d be perfect
