Great players usually have a bit of a short circuit, so yes I think Jesus does need a bit of controlled aggressive attitude to improve his game. He's not as bad as he was though, when he used to throw himself down in the box with a silly caricature-like slapped arse face trying to con the ref he'd just been shot.
Agree
If Tevez time at city had coincided with Pep's, how would had that worked out? I think he did had the work rate that Pep demands and would had thrived in Pep's team.
Have you watched any City matches this year?Tevez was fucking amazing - massively talented.
The problem with Tevez is that he'd often fall out in some sort of argument/disagreement with his manager.
Maybe Pep could have avoided this aspect of Tevez's personality - but I doubt it very much.
Pep will not start off-form players and will substitute in-form players tactically in order to protect them from injury in upcoming matches - and that would be intolerable (IMO) to Tevez - some sort of blowup would ensue and Tevez would be off.

Having said this - an in-form, Tevez would absolutely fit into Pep's system - allowance might have to be made for Tevez's wandering around the pitch to find the ball (even if the manager doesn't want him to).
I was going to post but then I read yours and you've said exactly what I would have said.Hard to split Kun & Tevez , both world class strikers what tips it form me is Tevez's fitness , he hardly missed any games apart from his self imposed golfing expedition in Argentina can't remember him being injured, Kun as he has got older is picking up a lot of injuries , but we would be silly to let him leave at the end of the season
Kun definitley worth another 12 months contract if he wants it.
