As an example I was having a conversation in the pub last night with a girl I am very good mates with about how on one occasion ages ago we'd got smashed and she had ended up staying at mine but neither of us could work out if we had had sex with each other when we had arrived home from a night clubbing and we still don't know to this day if we did.

Now if she had been so inclined, I am pretty sure I could have ended up in a lot of trouble.

What I did pick up on though.

She had drunk two glasses of wine, four double vodkas with lemonade, and a shot of sambuca. As a result, she told police she "felt tipsy but not out of control".
Samples taken from the victim at the time showed no alcohol, although the Crown claimed this was due to "elimination"?

The samples showed traces of cocaine and cannabis, although she denied taking the drugs on the night of the incident. Not denying she does them though.
Cocaine and cannabis just make you chat bollocks and think more about the bollocks you chat in my experience.

The victim claimed to have almost no memory of what happened between leaving a dancing session with friends and waking up the following morning, Great Friends leaving her alone I say.

Judge Merfyn Hughes QC stated in his sentencing remarks that: "The complainant was 19 years of age and was extremely intoxicated. CCTV footage shows, in my view, the extent of her intoxication when she stumbled into your friend. As the jury have found, she was in no condition to have sexual intercourse. When you arrived at the hotel, you must have realised that.
So why was Clayton McDonald acquitted after also admitting having sexual intercourse?

With that in mind "Hang the Twat" anyone who plays for a team with the rags name in it gets whats coming.

I have no comment to make because I wasn't sat in court during the court case.

If a rapist was branded on the forehead, and they still wanted to rape people when they were on the outside... do you not think that there might be some way they might cover this up? I.e. burn their face more, so we could have unfortunate people like Simon Weston the victims of hysterical rapist hunting mobs. The idea that we could stop people being raped by branding is simply moronic, what about the people who rape for the first time, or those who have evaded suspicion? If we made half of the male population eunachs you might assume rape would fall by a half, it isn't really a proportional response though is it?
