I always bet against them very rarely bet on the. Mostly in big tight games therefore if we get beat it’s a small consolation

Should have sent me a message, I would have given you better odds than 16/1 for that day, more like 160/1
 
When it’s going to the wire like this year I always have a shithouse bet. £25 put on Arsenal to win the league. If we don’t win it pays for half my sc next year. If we win the league then I won’t be bothered about losing £25. Please forgive me!
 
yes i do it in most big games, all my mates (both city and non city fans) think i’m an absolute disgrace for it and maybe i am but the way i see it is as a silver lining. i absolutely do not want that bet to win but today, if worst comes to worse and we don’t end up lifting the premier league, i’ll win a bit of money to go towards drowning my sorrows.
 
I had a rolling tenner on Arsenal to win for the last few months since the Villa game. Over time it got up to about £100.

I stuck it all on Spurs or Draw on Tuesday and lost it.

Never been so happy to lose £100
